Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after processing. International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.

Address Changes Address updates must be requested before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery details.
